This morning's meeting

Ladies and Gentlemen –
 
We had a special guest at our meeting this morning – District Governor Loretta Butts presented recognition coins to the veterans that were present at this morning’s meeting – Richard Hillery, Odell Lee, and Jim Anderson.
 
We had a very interesting program as well – Will Meyst from The Dunes Center talked about the Dunites.  Who they were, what they believed, and some of their art and poetry.
 
Other items include:
  1. Golf meeting on Monday, April 13 at 5:30 at Kat’s house.
  2. Scholarships will be presented by Harry at the June 10 regular meeting
  3. The Paul Harris dinner is May 13
  4. The Public Service Awards dinner is May 20
  5. Thompson Road cleanup this Saturday, April 11 at 8:00 AM
  6. District Governor Step Down and Awards Dinner is June 27 at the Radisson
