Well, I survived my first Club meeting on July 2

nd as well as my first whole month - even though it seemed like July would never end - but it did. I want to thank each club member for seeing me through it.

You will probably be happy to know that I've decided that I'm not a joke teller, so I am going to leave that up to anyone in the club who wants to keep us laughing, so be prepared to have your favorite joke ready to go. I think that I'll just keep a few quotes on hand.

I want you to know that I would like to see this club be a happy one, and that takes all of us working together and sharing what it will take to make it happen and to make it grow. I always have an open door to suggestions in order to do this.

I hope to see as many fellowship outings this year as possible so that we can all get together and share what is going on with us and our families. Maybe a few potlucks or a family picnic. We can't have all work and no play.

I hope to see the Nipomo Food Pantry be a successful project for our club as well as the Senior Center.

I will be putting important reminders in this area of the Bulletin so keep an eye on it for deletions or updates. Always let me know as soon as possible if there is something you want to see here.
