Our club has had a history of having past presidents run the last month so I have decided to relax and sit. I want to let everyone know how much I enjoyed this past year. Thank you Judy for pushing me out of my comfort zone and helping me be a better leader. This experience I've had will help me for years to come. The Rotary Club of Nipomo is an amazing group of people. If Rotary wasn't a part of my life, this past year would have been much harder for me, so thank all of you for the support you gave me in a time I needed it so much. The end of my year is coming at a good time. My husband and I have opened our new business, my daughter is now settling in her new home so we now can really build our business back up to what we once had.
My step down is June 22 at the Dana Adobe. I have decided to do it family style since you are all my family. I'm hoping all of you and your spouses will join us in the fun. More details for this date will be given at one of our meetings and through email.
