Ladies and Gentlemen –
 
We had a very interesting program this morning about the Redwood forests of California and the State Park in Humboldt County.
 
  1. Board Meeting January 22 at 5:30 at Socorro Simons’ house.
  2. Thompson Road Cleanup this Saturday morning, January 24 at 8:00 AM at Jocko’s.
  3. Beach Cleanup this Sunday morning, January 25 at 10:00 AM at the end of Pier Avenue.  Barbecue to follow.  Richard Dale is barbecuing Tri Tip sandwiches at his house to deliver to Sean Schurr’s house in Oceano for everyone at about noon.  Richard would like some help at his house making the sandwiches in the morning.  Please contact Richard Dale if you can help with this.
  4. Poker Run to benefit Polio eradication on February 15.  Mike Streator will have more details at next week’s meeting.
  5. Our Dining Out this quarter will be either Tuesday evening, February 17, or Wednesday evening, February 18.  Details on time and location to follow next week.  Either way, we will be dark the morning of February 18.
  6. Bowling with Interact on February 20.  (Cathy will schedule a practice session on February 8).
