History Center of San Luis Obispo County

Thomas Kessler is the executive director of the History Center of San Luis Obispo County.  He grew up in the Bay Area while regularly visiting family on the Central Coast, and has lived full-time in Morro Bay for the last 11 years.  He holds a degree in International Relations  from UC Davis.
