Hank Campbell is a registered professional engineer and was a practicing engineer for 50 years in the field of mechanical engineering. He has broad technical expertise in industries such as chemical, refinery and petrochem, power generation, cement production and steel production. 

After several stints with engineering firms, Hank started the firm named H. W. Campbell and Associates, an engineering and construction corporation located in Southern California. This company completed over 500 projects over a span of 34 years.

In 2010 Hank formally retired from the engineering business and although he occasionally provides consultant services to former clients he turned his interest to other endeavors. One of these endeavors was to record his life history in an autobiography that he prepared. Today he will tell us about one of his life stories.
